The crew were all top notch and worked extremely hard as we had many heavy boxes, lots of books. Can’t believe that got it all done in a day. Highly recommend.
The crew was great and worked diligently. My only negative is that it's been rather difficult to read their handwriting on the boxes that supposedly lists the contents of the box. The contents have been a very mixed collection of various types of things. Since I've never used movers to pack my belongings before, I'll accept responsibility for not monitoring what was going into the many boxes, but feel there could have been better labeling of contents. I also wasn’t prepared for the massive mountains of packing paper used. I’m left wondering if I’ll have to pay someone to haul it off, but glad to see they weren’t using plastic bubble wrap.
From start to finish, this could not have been a better moving experience! No Stress or worry! Ease of scheduling was top notch and the movers were super nice and took exceptional care with are items! I honestly can not say enough good things about this company! 10 out of 10 in my book!!
The loading crew were the most efficient, polite, punctual and professional movers we’ve ever had, and we move every two years. I give the crew 5 stars! I’m rating It’s a Cinch only 4 stars because the crew that delivered our household, while very polite, were not the “A” team we were expecting given the precedence set by the loading crew.
The movers were absolutely amazing on my long-distance move! They showed up when they said they would, for pickup and delivery. Not a scratch on anything and they were so polite!! I highly recommend them!
